2019 Workshops: Samantha Coates & Brenda Hunting

Rote Reading and Piano Technique: For Beginners and Beyond

Don’t miss this amazing opportunity to hear from two leading pedagogues in one action-packed workshop – it will get you refreshed and inspired for Term 1!

Samantha will introduce her new rote repertoire series, including the launch of her new book, and Brenda will discuss how to use these pieces in the context of a healthy piano technique – not just for beginners but in fact for any age student. You’ll also learn how you can adapt repertoire to your students’ technical needs, and inspire them to create their own music.

Cost: $15. All attendees will receive a free BlitzBooks tote bag, sampler and a Hal Leonard book.
