Dr. Victoria Barham is a Faculty member of the Department of Economics at the University of Ottawa, Canada, where she has taught since 1993. She earned her MA at the University of Toronto (1986), and received her doctorate from CORE at the Université Catholique de Louvain (1992) and was a Visiting Professor at Queen’s University (1992-1993).
