Eric has been a piano technician since 2007, initially working for Brent Ottley’s company, Australasian Piano Technology, then continuing his career at the Australasian School of Piano Technology in 2011. He has been at Yamaha since February 2014 where he is Piano Technical Manager. He is a current member of the Victorian Piano Tuners’ and Technicians’ Guild.
