Teaching Jazz Piano with Steve Sedergreen

Bernies Music Land invites you to springboard your teaching to a new level with this exclusive workshop, “Teaching Jazz Piano”. In this hands-on workshop we will demystify the fundamentals of jazz piano, the construction of the jazz style and the key principals in breaking it down for your students. 

There will be hands on times to try, learn and develop your own skills. 

The workshop will use Steve’s acclaimed book “Start Playing Jazz Piano Now” and you can bring your copy or purchase one with your ticket. 

This event is held in a small group with limited tickets available so please book quickly. 

This workshop is designed for teachers, those studying to teach, as well as for advanced or advancing pianists.

The Piano Teacher Summit

After what felt like an endless period of teaching piano from a distance, it’s finally time to get together and celebrate being able to welcome students back to our studios. The Piano Teacher Australia is proud to invite piano teachers from across the nation to join us for a jam-packed two-day summit at the Yamaha Premium Piano Centre in South Melbourne, Victoria on July 8 and 9.

The summit will be host to a range of inspiring and exciting speakers, including a keynote by Dr. Randall Faber.

Tickets can be purchased for the two day summit or for single days. Reduced ticket prices available for student/concession card holders. All tickets include price of admission as well as food and beverages.
